On July 2nd, 3rd and 4th, Team FoodTraze participated in the Codissia Food and Drink Processing Expo 2025 at the Codissia Trade Fair Complex in Coimbatore.

Over three energetic days, we connected with food producers, manufacturers, and business leaders to demonstrate how FoodTraze brings clarity and confidence into the food supply chain.

At our stall, visitors explored how FoodTraze captures and presents real-time data across a wide range of food products — including dairy products, fresh juices, rice, pulses, spices, and more. We showed how our platform uses blockchain to trace every stage, from cultivation to processing, making food journeys fully visible and verifiable.

What drew visitors in was the curiosity around how traceability links to reducing carbon footprint. Our conversations focused on how knowing the source and journey of food can help identify more climate-resilient and responsible practices.
